Local Refund/Return/Exchange Policy:
A device may be refunded/returned/exchanged when:
-The product is defective.
-The product has not been removed from sealed package.
-The product has not been with the customer for more than 2 weeks.
Return/Refund/Exchange can't be done if:
-The package has been opened
-The flavor is not preferred after trying.
-Items have been with the customer for more than 2 weeks
-Damaged by customer
International Refund/Return/Exchange Policy:
Exchange/Return/Refund is not applicable.
